Bought a car battery a few weeks ago and went to return the old one tonight to get the refund for the core. I didn't have my receipt but figured they could look it up on my Shop My Way account....

I absolutely love this store never hectic or difficult to find things I hope this store stays here forever it's right up the road from where I live I love it less crazy then Walmart

I bought a watch here less than 6 weeks ago. The thing basically fell apart, definitely a manufacturers defect. The lady at the service desk said she couldn't help me because it was over 30 days. Are you kidding me?? Other stores don't even ask! You show them the broken item and they replace it. K Mart would most certainly get a credit from the manufacturer! This is how they treat their...

This store is always clean, even the bathrooms. The lines are not as crowded as Walmart and the people that work there are helpful and kind. I have saved so much money using my Shop your way points. Love this store!

They used to have large number of Smart Grape sodas. However, Grapes ones always out. They never have more than 4 or 6 cases. They never considerate about go back to large number of it instead of small number because every week I come always empty on shelf. Made me mad every time. If they kept that up. I will no longer shop there for that reason.
