None of employees have been trained or know what their doing. The customer service is terrible and there's never anything they can do to help you if you have an issue.

In the last month I have used the layaway twice and the experience was awful. I had to wait for some one to come back to the department to open the layaway and its a good thing there is a bench. And then wait for someone to come back to that department to take it out. I used my cell phone to call the front desk for assistance. That's ridiculous.
