Went to Kmart today to pick up my layaway apparently the only one in the store who has any customer service ability is Carla ..she was very helpful and was the only one in the back of the store who was working ...The manager was going in and out of the break room and bathroom but informed me that she doesn't know how to run layaway ..REALLY you are the store manager ..another very tall woman...
