The employees are horrible. They DO NOT understand customer service nor do they care.
The check out process needs to be sped up and streamlined.
Kmart will always be an after thought when shopping because of its employees

Never shopping there again. Layaway department is a joke and kmart needs to train they're employees better on being nice to customers.

I went to Kmart today to get a layaway out. It wasn't due until next week.. The lady in layaway was rude to me because her computer said I owed $75 and I didn't owe but $50. I had my receipt with me and she had the nerve to tell me that that didn't count. It's what the computer said. What more proof did I need?
