The people that work there are nice. It is a small place but they do good job. If you need to get alot of locks made that need to have the same key used on them for the job. They get it done in a timely manner.

Maybe Joshbell2 had an attitude problem or something, I have been there many times and have spent from a few cents, to several hundred dollars and have never had bad customer service. I think I have met people like joshbell2 in 3rd world countries, he is that "ugly american" that feels like he has to throw his money in everyone's faces and demand that they spend all their time on him. I have been to stores with worse customer service, however only in a 3rd world country. I walked in prepared to spend 3K, and couldnt get someone to spend 3secs helping me.
