I had my kitchen done awhile ago, and I couldn't believe how fantastic it turned out. I was very impressed by the time the Sales Team & Designers spent with me in making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. They explained each of the products to me, and answered all of the questions I had. The install crew did a great job as well, they kept in contact with me to let me know what was going on, and they were very polite. My kitchen turned out great with the help of the guys that did the installation and the people at the office keep that kept me informed through out the process. I would recommend them.
The installation was terrible. A mistake was made in the cutting of the countertop and instead of fixing it professionally, they did a patch job. We complained and customer service followup by the owner was horrible.
Terrible when it comes to installing. We have been waiting for installation of our kitchen to for weeks and now they want us to wait some more not because the counter is not ready, but because they have other functions to do. Baaaaad…
