Help us make it rightVery impressed on our initial appointment with Bill from Kitchen Solutions. We had been several places and Bill actually listened to what we wanted instead of trying to sell us anything. Cabinets came in and were absolutely gorgeous. We were having a problem getting in touch with a friend that was supposed to do the install. Bill came out to house and walked my husband through the install. After cabinets and granite were installed, Bill made another trip out to install the crown moldings and refused to take any money. Would highly recommend this company for the products, price and service.
The negative review from Bob Dicarlo on the white kitchen they had ordered ended up in small claims in Belchertown,MA and Kitchen Solutions ended up winning the court case. They were no strangers to this, a couple years prior to this they had done the same thing with another kitchen dealer on Cape Cod for their Kraftmaid Kitchen in their second home on Martha's Vineyard. When all they wanted was compensation from day one. It amazes me what people will do for money.
We purchased what he called "semi custom cabinets" almost a year ago that he installed while we were away. When we got back we asked him to have them taken out and to have good products installed. Now it is almost a year along and two sets of cabinets were sent and both are defective. Bill has stalled us and refused to return our money because he says, "I don't have any money..." Very honest and genuine and treated our project as if it was there own. Pricing was much less than home centers and other dealers we visited. Overall very happy with Bill Oyler and his crew at Kitchen Solutions.
