Very professional but slightly inept

Went for a pedicure, expecting the works when the menu price was $45.00. All they did was soak, rub and polish. No scrubbing, no callous, just polish. Although they were quite clean, and very professional, the pedi was a dissapointment.

When I looked at the menu, there were upto 5 differrent kinds of pedicure, and they said it still had 3 new more not in the menu yet. never seen that so many kinds before. So I tried the Pearl pedicure, my legs turned out so smooth than they used to be. Their prices little high but I think it's worth. Will come back and try the other pedicure.

This shop recently changed ownership. Although I don't live in the area, I went there last year while vacationing in Branson and was completely satisfied. After my experience this year, however, I will never return nor recommend NV Nails to anyone else. Apparently appointments mean nothing; I had one for 7:30 P.M. and wasn't started for almost 2 hours; I didn't leave until nearly 11 o'clock. I...

I usually just go for a pedicure, but have had other treatments over the years. Great spa style pediure chairs. Reasonable rates. 3 different pedicures to choose from. They do waxing, all nail types and message too. On the Landing.
