I recently had this company to repair an AC unit that wasn't working. Repair man was here an hour, but only worked 45 minutes (chatting with me uninvited for 15 min.). My bill was $683 for 3 lbs of Freon ($189 for it alone), replacing a fuse and cleaning the coils. I called to complain about the cost and was sent to the office Mgr, Daphne Kirlkland, who was rude and snippy, certainly not...
