if you need someone to repair your vacuum they are great! they won't charge you a lot and if it's something simple he will show you how to fix it yourself!! Very honest ppl I will always take my Kirby to them. They also have descent prices on their Kirby supplies.
Don't ever buy from these people because they are over-priced and not a real good quailty machine for the money. I would never spend $1800 to $2500 for a freaking vacuum cleaner. They use telemarketers to set appointments which I found the one lady to be very nice but I simply don't want to do business with a firm that rips off families of their hard earned money.
