This place has everything you expect and want your local butcher to have. From homemade soups to specialty cuts of meat, they have it all. The staff is both friendly and knowledgable.

Kirbie's to the rescue! I needed a whole duck for the husband's birthday, as is the tradition, and Kirbie's had ducks! They were also reasonable, too! I was more than thrilled to find this out...
