The owner has had his condo foreclosed on. I would not feel comfortable doing business with someone who has financial difficulties. Mkes me wonder how he can run a business

I am the owner of Kings Tux. The slanderous reviews written in August of 2008 are all from the same wedding party instigated by the groom. The majority of his/their accusations are false and/or exaggerated. We return all phone calls in a timely manor. My husband and I made an appointment to be measured for his tuxedo after our son already paid for all the tuxedos for the members of his wedding party. When we went to King's Tux, no one was there, despite the fact that we had a confirmed appointment. Repeated phone calls to the business phone number were unanswered. Well, if you are expecting to have quality customer service and prompt, accurate results, this place is not for you. I had a destination wedding, and used this place because they were the only place I could find that had the color tux that we needed. Now, the tuxes looked good when I tried them on, but when we actually got them... awful. Poor quality, things popped off, stuff didn't fit, etc....
