We had our pop up winterized by King's. First, the price was nearly $40 higher than VanBoxtel's in Green Bay (60 vs 93). We picked it up this morning (10/22/14) and went directly home for a final winter cleaning, only to find the floor covered with water. Everything we stored on the floor was wet. Horrible customer service, they will say and do anything to get the sale of a $60000 fifth wheel, just pray nothing ever goes wrong with it and need service.

We did not purchase our 5th wheel from Kings so don't know if they treat those customers better but, as a traveler needing warranty work done Kings customer service is nothing but lip service. Will never Call them again. they said they would order the part and call us but they never called. This happened on two separate occasions so I don't think this was a fluke.
