My grandmother was transferred to Kindred from another hospital We arrived at noon to the room. We asked nurse Dea for a pillow. She told us that we should have brought our pillow with us from the first hospital. Since we didn't bring the pillow, we will just have to wait and see when the linen service would bring pillows to the unit.

Next thing...my grandmother had to go use the restroom. Nurse Dea told her to stay in bed until a physical therapist can come help her out of bed and go to the restroom. When asked how long the therapist was going to be...we were told the therapist...
