I have been going Kind Optical for a long time!! Dr. Merkle gives the best eye exam. Her exams are extremely thorough and you never feel like a number because she takes her time. She is also wonderful with kids!

First, Danielle is very rude! Bought a pair of glasses there and needed an adjustment . Brought them back 3 times to get them fixed. After the third time I went to PARAMOUNT Optical on Oklahoma. Even tho they were not purchased there they took the time to get them right. I also thought Kind was more expensive than other places. Also there are no discounts that I'm aware of. Daniel is very pushy and rude! You will feel like you're at car dealership! Dr. Merkle is very dry and has no "bedside" manners. They will sqeeze you for every penny you have!

Totally AWESOME!!!!
The best place to get glasses!! They have fun and unique styles, the staff is great at making sure you look wonderful and the doctor gave me the best exam I have ever had. I have never been given so many complements on my glasses than I have with this pair. I can't wait to go back for more.

Pushy staff/long wait time

I felt that the staff were very pushy with steering me to only the high priced end glasses. When I choose a lesser priced glasses, the response was " are you sure that you want those glasses?" I waited 1/2 hour past my appointment time to see the optimatrist. So what I hoped was only going to be maybe an hour of my time took up most of the morning.
