I had hair to my butt, really long. I told her 3 inches. She said no 5 would be more better and that my hair was "dry" she cut atleast 7 to 8 inches off and was uneven. I brought all 4 of my kids for a hair cut. They cut my sons hair way to short when i asked her twice to keep it longer on top. I get my hair cut twice a month and Kim's is the only place I go, I got sick of going to shops and feeling pressured to buy scalp massages and special treatment, I pay Kim 8.00 for a cut and it's the best hair cut you can get for that price and she's very good at what she does. I have been going to Kim for about 17-18 years. That speaks for itself! I love her new location! It is closer to me, more spacious and so light and open. I won't change where I go anywhere else!
