I paid $25.17 to send a 7 pound package, including insurance, tracking, and 5 day delivery. the store recommended this mailing option and underlined the tracking number on the receipt. the packagehas yet to be delivered 9 days later but did not make that clear, they gave me an invalid tracking number. When I called to complain, they showed no concern. they said I should have called the next day...
