we lived here for 2 and half years.The staff was very nice and they offered the immediate help for the maintenance. This neighborhood is pretty quite during the night, and the laundry facility is clean.
The space may not that big but fair enough for the rent in Boulder for a single person.

I rented from here for a little under a year, and enjoyed it. Since it is a majority 1BR apartments, it is mostly child-free. They are not huge apartments, but enough space for one person or a couple. My only complaint would be the windows, but everything else is up-to-date or well maintained.

Nice location (right by two major highways) and decent rent. I like the managers because they actually care about things around here and they work hard. I trust them and it's the most important thing when we choose an apartment.

Kimberly Court offers a wonderful residential community environment. Our professional on-site management and maintenance team is always available to make sure you feel right at home. Our residents enjoy spending some time at the clubhouse , pool or community garden. We are happy to have a new BBQ Grill area with a fire pit. Beautiful new pool furniture. In our clubhouse we also have a sauna. Enjoy our great location near Boulder's trails, the East Boulder Rec Center, RTD Table Mesa Park'n'Ride, and everything Boulder has to offer.
