They don't come any better ! If you are selling and or purchasing a home and need a Realtor look no further. I have had Kim represent me as a buyer and a seller and would have it no other way. I am so glad that we were given Kim's information when making the choice to sell our home. She handled everything in a timely and professional manner and was absolutely wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend Kim to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and hard working agent.

We sold a piece of land from our property, and Kim got us more than we thought we would get! Not only that, but from the time we signed the papers (In another State) to the time the money was in our account was only 4 days!! (*results not typical - your closing time may vary) This was because it was a cash sale, and there was no lien on the property.

Kim was very professional, and very sticky...

Kim is an excellent comminicator. When says she will do something, she does it propmtly. She was patient in explaining anything we didn't understand
