She changes her 'buying policy' at her will. One day she will say it is at 50% of what she sells it for, the next is a dollar an item, the next is a dollar a bag????? Wish she would post a buying policy that she, herself follows for everyone. If she buys it from you, it has to be perfect/new, which is just fine........... but the stuff I bought had broken zippers and holes in the armpits??? ...

This is one of the few children's resale shops in our small town, so I continue to go here even though it's hardly ever worth my time. The racks are so packed sometimes that it is literally impossible to look through racks and this store takes ANYTHING on consignment...I mean ANYTHING. Half of the time, I go home and find stains or holes or the seams coming apart... even after I do my best to...

My experience is always wonderful and I recommend Kids Resale to anyone wanting a resale store with a huge selection of merchandise. A bonus to their great prices they have sales all the time!
I bought a wrap thinking it was a moby wrap paid $12.99 for it walked out of the store went to my car found out it was a cheap knock off that can be bought for $19. I walked in and tried to return it and they wouldnt return my money. NOT only that the lady talked over me repeatedly and the owner was no better. Don't normally do business with them and wont do in the future. They are over priced...
