This Dr. took advantanges of twoof his depressed patients, His last excaped was caught on 13 of May in Chula Vista CA E. st. This Dr. needs his licence taken away before he misabuses the military care facility and causes greater danger. This individual broke up a family just for his sexual gradification. Any Attorneys out there, would like to hear from you.

Long waits, intolerable staff, never the same doctor. referrals take very long. Kind of like assembly line care.
