The KFC in West Springfield has a great and friendly staff with fast service. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Anyone who is eating on the go and loves chicken then try here.

Food was good and hot and up to normal kfc standards. Went through the drive through. I don't have high expectations for friendliness in the drive thru, but they failed to meet even those low...
