Never has what you want

This place never has enough chicken, napkins, straws, or whatever you would expect to have when going to KFC. We have tried several times and are always disappointed. We now drive to East Peoria to visit the competition that has everything. :/

Clean and friendly. Place is usually clean and the staff is decent. Food is always served hot and the prices are right as long as they continue offering $5 to go boxes! Best kfc i have been to in the area.

Poor, slow service. Understaffed. Food was also cold, I usually try to look at the best but this was a bad KFC.

It doesn't matter what time of day I go into KFC, service is ALWAYS slow and our food is usually lukewarm. My spouse ordered the chicken wings and they were so tiny they were barely worth eating.

I've given this place multiple tries, and it's always the same thing - terrible service. If you're lucky enough for them to have the chicken you want, they'll screw up some other part of your order, or be out of something else when you sit down to eat (forks, napkins, straws, etc.)
Save yourself the experience, and just pick up...
