I love Kentucky fried chicken. The only thing I'm upset about is I ordered a three piece snack meal and I only got two pieces of chicken instead. I couldn't bring it back right away because I was already on my way too gtcc in Jamestown plus I was very hungry.....wish staff would pay more attention........you owe me a lol

Never visit this KFC. I would give them no stars if I could. I went through the drive through and I had to repeat my order 3 times. I was telling her macaroni and cheese and she kept saying, mashed potatoes with gravy...NO. Did not greet us with kindness, not even a hello how are you. Basically just opened the window. The food is good ....when you can get it. The wait for the grilled chicken is 20 min or more. If you order a bucket of grilled they always try to give you extra crispy or original to replace a chicken breast because they never have enough. This happens to me everytime I go.Unforunately I can't eat anything but grilled. I do not go anymore.

I would not suggest anyone go to this location....I waited in line 20 minutes ,when i finally got to order i had to repeat what i wanted five times!!!And still did not get what i wanted,I ordered a 12 piece crispy bucket of chicken and 2 biscuts what i got was a 16 piece bucket of soggy chicken and 6 biscuts and was charged 26 dollars!!!!!! I will not ever go to this location again!!!!!I called...
