KFC in West Seattle sucks. It may be KFC sucks period but the times that I've had to have KFC cole slaw and chicken this place has always made the decision even that much harder.

After waiting 10+ minutes in the parking lot for my drive through order, I went inside to see WTF was going on. The restaurant reeked of weed, two employees were chowing down and my order hadn't even been started!?! Double WTF!?! You don't want to work there? Leave!! I agree with other reviews...... Keep driving!!!

Worst KFC ever I'm not sure why this KFC is messed up but they can't get a order right and the staff is just rude. I ordered white meat and you get dark. Not sure why it's so hard.

I have visited this place about 4 times and every single time they either run out of the grilled chicken and/or they get my order completely wrong. I have never left this place satisfied and have learned my lesson to double check my order before I drive off from now on. The employees have no customer service …

Ordered a double cheeseburger via drive thru, and received a single patty with only ketchup and mustard. Seriously wtf?! When the "restaurant" is totally empty, is it really that hard to get my order right? Clearly the employees didn't care, because this was such a blatant disregard for accuracy. What I received was way worse than the crappy fast food burger that I was already expecting.
