About 8:50pm In line at drive-thru. Took about 20 minutes to get to place my order. Another 10 minutes to pay at the window. And another 5 to get the food. And there were only a few people inside...

This is the worse taco bell. The wait to order and then get your food is the worse of any Taco Bell I have been to. The stupid owner probably doesn't have a clue that this is costing him business....

I'm not a Taco Bell guy, but my family does like KFC. I always find the food is good and it's pretty hot and fresh. It does tend to get very slow at times. If there are five cars in the drive-thru, you're looking at18-20 minutes at least. The recent problem I've had is not getting my complete order in the drive-thru. I Went There on a Sataday, Almost No one in the place. And it still toke them 17Mins to Give me my food. there was some people behind me. And they waited on there food for 20Mins. I Think if the kenner was a live he would hav a hart a tack. At the way they treat people.

This is THE first place I ate when I moved to Pearland. The service was horrible. The food was greasy and cold by the time I got it. I will NEVER eat at this KFC/Taco Bell EVER again. You too would be wise to visit another place. How can the management allow this to happen?
