Waiting in line 1 hour no body came to drive thru intercom and take our order ... the previous night I orders Nashville hot littles they had no pickles no Nashville hott sauce on the sandwhiches...

Worst service in Odessa. The employees clearly do not care if they do their jobs or not. The wait time in the drive through is always at least 30 minutes. I will not be back.

Worst KFC I've ever been to. Took 40 minutes being stuck in the drive through while employees sat smoking "cigarettes" out back with some random plain clothes guy . I could hear employees...
