The staff here are friendly and the service was quick. I was given additional sauces to sample at no extra cost (try that at BWW). Always a treat!

I generally can devour some KFC. Food from this location is the first time I ate a little and threw the rest away. It tasted old. Won't be back to this one.

Unimpressive service

Went through the drive-thru to get their grilled chicken at about 8 in the evening on a week day earlier this summer, I was told they didn't have any available and they didn't even offer any options. Just, 'We don't have any." Silence, and I said, 'okay.' And I drove away. Why don't they have grilled chicken available for customers?...

Do NOT visit the KFC on Memorial and W Valley Rd. Wow... dry chicken, dry sides, slow service, and unsanitary conditions.
