Received wrong food item contact numbers.from receipt to web site are all incorrect. ..very upset .....greasy chicken and old ....not happy .. Never had a problem until today. I couldn't even eat...

For some reason when I feel like fried chicken I go for KFC The Original. The last 4 or 5 times I have gone to this particular location I have had a mediocre experience at best. The chicken has been OK some times and a couple of times just dry, the service has gone from OK to just mediocre. Is it my imagination or KFC is going down? Mario F

The very nice staff of people working here are exceptional. They remember me and my preferences and I could not expect any greater service as far as their efforts go. Been here twice, drive thru both times. the service has always been good, both ladies to take our orders were very helpful. The food the first time was not very fresh and I was not pleased, but that was not the case today. The food was hot and delishous - for fast food of course. This place is super convenient to washateria so is now our laundry day lunch/dinner option.

Charged $28.37 for a combo listed as $13.99. I even went back to check the menu. This is the second time they have over charged me, so now I'm posting. They are rude and put out when you order even for a fast food chain. Complete fail.
