Continues to be horrible...food, service, etc

Really...can’t improve after years.... they give a new definition to horrible service and mediocre food at best. Two trips for correct order and they still couldn’t get it right. I suggest corporate KFC/Taco Bell completely retrain...and then some. Glad I got a survey to call...in

Be prepared to wait 30+ minutes for food that taste like it set out for days. Save yourself the trouble and just go to the one in Gadsden.

Food is good, stick to the drive thru. The dining area is nasty; mold in air vents, obvious water leaks, sticky floors. Don't know how they have a 97 Health Department rating.

This has got to be the worst food ever. Tasteless. Half cooked. Gravy might as well be water. I suggest Corporate gets involved with this franchise. I guarantee that they are unaware of the horrible food under their name! This was not my first visit.....but...will be my last
