poor customer service. What stand at the counter for several minutes why people walk around you cleaning up preparing to close the place and they don't close till 11. Shutdown buffe at 730 pm on a Friday night when the restaurant is open till 11 pm. the colonel would roll over in his grave and I will have to find another place to eat which won't be hard.
