Every time I get some kind of disappointment. Either no utensils, napkins, or just get the wrong meal. I go back because it's close to my house. I'll just go to the one on State street from now on.

One would think that a chain that does as much national television advertising as KFC does would make an effort to *have* the food being featured in the ad. In this location, you'll get a blank stare if you ask for something you just saw in a tv commercial. Once you order something they've heard of, it's not bad.
