I received a $5 voucher for my last bad experience. They refused to let me use it because I wasn't purchasing something under five dollars. When I continued to purchase a family meal the crew member proceeded to Snatch my credit card out of my hand. I complained on a survey and through an email and never received a response. I guess customer service isn't their main concern.
