I thought I had walked into a Chick-fila with the fantastic service I received. I'm used to the KFC in Waldorf and La Plata and the service is usually flat out bad, making me not want to bother going. The food was normal KFC, this review was just for the excellent employees they had on staff around 4:00 pm today. Receipt shows, 'Donald'.

No Long John Silver anymore.....no customers...staff sitting in the dining room, on their phones...manager included. Chicken old,tough,and dry. Typical KFC.....The colonel is dead !

Worst service here!!! Had huge sign for promotional item so I ordered it and was then told they don't have it and they said the sign was covered... Nope it isn't . So I had ordered something else but very long wait and not busy. I rather go somewhere else and avoid the rude service.

Horrible food and staff

The food is awful. It was cold and tasted like it was 3 days old. The biscuits were so hard they could have been used as baseballs. The staff is rude and just don't care about anything.

The service is HORRIBLE. I walked in and asked for grilled. No problem. Paid. Then a few minutes later, they don't have grilled. Ok, then let me get a refund. WHAT???? I guess they are used to baiting and switching. Finally a "manager" comes. And gives me the wrong change. I show her the receipt. And …
