What is the deal here? Totally messed up my simple order 4 times. Out of cookies for the kids? Chicken wasn't fresh and strangely smaller than other KFC. No napkins, straws, or cup lids in the dirty lobby!? We were 3 of the 6 customers in there.... It's close and convenient but that's it. I left with disappointed kids whose favorite chicken USED to be KFC. SMH.
