I've been here twice in a week and the service has been fast, friendly and I have had no problems. They are deserving of a four star by Taco Bell standards.

i went to this kfc and got home which is 2 hours away and noticed they did not pack my coleslaw that i had ordered. I was not impressed because i had already gone back in because they had given me wings when i ordered breasts.

Bad!. I love KFC, but three strikes you're out Broadway. Stay clear of this KFC and go to Brewer or the mall. Poor quality food and rude staff...consistantly. Never again.
