My bf and I wanted a night away but something inexpensive. I woke up COVERED in what seemed to be bug bites. Was difficult to find a number for them as we did not get a receipt after check in or check out. When I finally was able to find their number, I read a review of similar complaints. I spoke with the person in charge(not the manger) and tools me w would only new given half of the refund....
