The tech was a total professional and actually SHOWED UP ON TIME! He quickly installed the replacement piece to my Baldwin entry system and explained to me why it had failed. Outstanding customer service and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a Locksmith Company in Orem, UT ! I'd almost lock myself out just to experience good service that is so rare these days!

I am always suspicious of all glowing reviews. But these are not shills. Keystone Locksmith Shop are awesome. I called, set up an appointment and Mike showed up and changed the locks quickly. Pleasant, courteous and professional. Unless your neighbor is a free locksmith, call the Keystone Locksmith Shop.
