Worst bank ever. Signed up for an account. They charged fees for everything and it took a few hours since they pushed extras on me. The location is dirty and undesirable. They are unhelpful and not knowledgeable about their own services. I do not recommend this bank let alone the location.

Key bank charges a 7 dollar fee to cash a check from their own bank. Absolute joke. Key bank has the WORST customer service. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Went to the bank and gave the teller $400 in cash. She told me she posted the amount to my account. I go home look online that she put it in my checking and then debited back out rather than putting it on my credit card. Very dishonest practice. The teller basically stole $400 from me. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
