Upon arrival the staff was really nice and helpful. Once we got to the room, we were on the third floor and there were no elevators, it was not handicap accessible. (we had a handicap guest). I lifted the sheets and there was a bug in the bed. When I called the staff they actually suggested that I brought the bug in. I never write reviews but have to say that this company went above and beyond to deliver service excellence. Really nice accommodations within walking distance of the slope. Highly recommend this company.

Beautiful retreat summer or winter

Attended a meeting at Keystone Lodge (less than 1 mile away). Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and quiet, except for 1 night. The room I had was close to a nearby restaurant with a patio. A large party was on the patio and was a bit noisier than I would have liked - other nights were quiet. Lots of things to do in Keystone. Couldn't get wireless internet connection to work.

Had a great ski vacation at slope side condo at Mountain House. Located at the slope made skiing easy as everything is no more than 50 yards away( lift tickets, equipment rental, meals, drinks etc.)Keystone Mountain is great for skiing for all levels, especially for kids and beginners as they have a lot of great green slopes and kids school nearby. We booked this condo based on price to be close to where our son is now living. It turned out to be a lovely setting, right on the Snake River, with a little foot bridge that we spent our sunsets on. My husband saw a coyote there and we saw a bear cub down the road. The condo itself had all the accouterments of a small home, so that we could cook and dine comfortably--saved a lot of money!...
