Beware of billing "department". Actual trash guy was great. I had signed up for 2 months in advance charged to my credit card (I was told by the gentleman it would be $56), and service was fine. Then I got my renewal statement and noticed I wasn't getting the prorated amount I had already paid for. Contacted the billing lady, Carol, and told her I should be getting more than $5.27 credit...
