John is an expert and really knows what he is doing! The customer service is ok, they had a few issues to sort out that impacted my appointment, but they worked to get it fixed. Their prices seem fair and they are "good folks" working hard to provide a needed service.

owner is an aggressive angry man with zero customer service. service tech broke our door and then lied about it.
company refused to fix it and took zero responsibility.
do not hire this company unless you want to be horribly disappointed, lied to and verbally abused by the owner.

Did the job but charged service call which was ok, but also $25 to spray lubricant on the lock.

Overpriced. Felt like they didn't care about fixing problems as much as collecting payment and getting to the next person. Very substandard in my opinion
