Key bank has been my bank for over 10 years. I even stayed with them when I lived on the east coast and it was impossible to find a key bank. My parents have used them the bank in Tigard has always been a happy fun place to do your banking. The staff is wonderful and so friendly. This all changed with one of their managers. She never helps out when there is a line she just sits in her office with her head set on. She is rude to people. I needed to get a temporary card from her and she acted like I was bothering her and was unforgivably rude.

I opened a checking account with Key Bank because I needed a bank closer to my house. They ended up putting a one year hold on a $500 check! I have been charged $146 in overdraft fees so far and no one from the bank will call me back! I hate KEY BANK!
