After spending nearly $5 k the past 2 years I'm through with Kessler's. I own a retail shop in Appleton, and purchased a ring from a lady who came into my store. I paid nearly 4 times what Kessler's offered her. I brought it in to get sized (for a fee of course) for my wife for Christmas. They looked up my account, looked at the ring and told me they needed to see my wife's finger. I told them I measured her ring that I purchased from them last year and that was good. She commented 'last year?"" I explained it was for Christmas, but she refused. All done doing business with these folks....

My husband purchases all my jewelry from Kessler's and we have never had a bad experience. The staff is very friendly and always helps us find what we're looking for without any obvious pushy sales strategies. I think they have a good selection at a good price. The big seller here is always their warranty which differentiates them from other jewelers.
