Ken is very customer friendly. He arrived on time, completed the job and cleaned up perfectly. He spent time reviewing and demonstrating opening and closing it remotely, via the keypad and manually if necessary in the event of a power failure. I contacted him about a small problem that I had. He was at my home within an hour and ensured that the situation was completely rectified.
