Bill Kepler doubles as a shady landlord. I lived at one of his apartment complexes a while back and 6 months into me moving in the washing machine broke. He had a matenance guy have a look at it and it needed to be replaced. He made me pay for half of the new washer! Isn't that why people rent? So they don't have to replace the washer when it goes out! Also I paid a hefty deposit upon moving in...
