I'm very pleased and most grateful for the way you were able to work in a service call on very short notice yesterday. With a fridge/freezer clunking out on us, your fast response no doubt saved us a small fortune in more food-replacement cost than we already had. Thank you!!

Fast service. Called at 8 a.m. and they were out and fixed within 1 hour 15 minutes and that is even with having to travel to Elkhart. Ken's was given to me on a recommendation and so glad I called them.
