Beware...Hired Kenny's Kustoms, Hwy 9, Longs, SC, to repaint louvers for hatchback Camaro...I took them there and after Kenny looked them over, called me and said he would sand them, primer and paint with semi-gloss for $200. I agreed and 10 days later he called me to say they were bubbling up and that something was on them from long ago. He said it would cost $300 more to strip them and paint them....This was outrageous..I knew enough to tell him to hold off for now til I got out of hospital...I took my brother ( off duty police officer ) with me....We looked at the louvers...they had not...
