I had high hopes of having a birthday balloon bouquet delivered to my grandfather for his 92nd birthday on April 8th. The balloons arrived three days later - missed the fun and excitement of his birthday party. Disappointed as I paid $8.95 for delivery fees.

I want people to know how amazing you guys are. My brother (whom I have not seen in yrs) sent me flowers for Christmas, not knowing I would not b home. When they got delivered and I was not there the delivery person went to my neighbors and told them that I was to call when I got home and I would get a redelivery. So I called and was just blessed with my flowers. Thank u so VERY much for going...

I have been ordering from here for a while thinking I was getting a good service. This last mothers day the flowers never got delivered. I waited hoping they would show up on Monday but they didn't.
