Dr.Lopez is an amazing physician who cares deeply about her patients. She goes above and beyond to make sure no steps are missed. She takes the effort to know her patients, she will spend as much time with you as you need to make sure you understand what is going on. She's approachable, she gives you options and she is a great encourager! She treats you like family.

Dr. Lopez started off the appointment 45 minutes late. She didn't introduce herself, she ordered unnecessary labs, didn't address the issues that I came in for and was rude. She prescribed medicines without describing their purpose and spoke to me as if I was a medical professional. I felt disappointed because I didn't understand what was happening.
